The situation
A financial services team was running critical workflows on improvised Google Sheets. They needed a proper tool — scoped, clean, and easy to use.
My role
End-to-end, solo.
The challenge
The tool needed to be adopted by a non-technical team with no onboarding session, and no room for a learning curve. If it wasn't immediately intuitive, it wouldn't get used.
What I did



The outcome
The tool was adopted immediately without formal training or documentation. The team reported it meaningfully reduced the time needed to get new team members up to speed.
